Sensei Michael's Bio & Photo - Team Rankine 

We are a family-friendly club offering exceptional karate tuition for children as young as four through to advanced training at elite levels. Based in Wigston, we are the only karate club in the whole of Leicestershire to offer two World Karate Federation accredited coaches.

The founder Sensei Michael Rankine is an active sports coaching professional, dedicated to helping Karate athletes (whether beginners or elite level) to reach their potential and surpass their own expectations.

He has a long and distinguished pedigree in Karate competitions (both Kumite and Kata) and is now a proven trainer to elite Karate athletes. He has trained a number of students who have gone on to represent England, at international level. His students have also won Championships at English, British and European levels.
