From a young age our daughter was always very reserved. She was anxious around people she didn’t know and struggled with confidence. It took weeks for Sensei Michael to encourage her on to the tatami and to take part in the class x now almost ten years on she is a black belt who loves her sport, competing along side her sister at international level and for the England Team and teaching the next generation of athletes at the dojo.
